Economic Impact Catalyst (EIC), a technology and market research firm based in Clearwater, Florida, has appointed Aditi Sinha as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer. In her new role, Ms Sinha will focus on leading EIC’s product strategy and advancing technology transformation efforts, which are key to the company’s rapid growth and plans to scale its solutions for entrepreneurship-driven economic development.
Ms Sinha is an established figure in the field, bringing over 15 years of experience in global product innovation and digital transformation to EIC. Before joining EIC, she served as Vice President and Global Head of Operations and Transformation at NielsenIQ, where she led initiatives in consumer data operations and product innovation, including the development of an artificial intelligence and machine learning-powered consumer app. This innovation was designed to differentiate NielsenIQ in the competitive consumer panel sector and contributed significantly to its fivefold revenue growth.
Her achievements in digital transformation and operational efficiency were recognised when she was named “Woman of Eminence” by India’s Logistics Skill Council for her contributions to digital advancements in logistics. Ms Sinha’s career also includes leadership roles at DHL and Kantar, where she spearheaded successful digital transformation and ERP initiatives. At Kantar, her work in digitally revamping pre- and post-sales processes led to significant margin improvements within a year. She has additionally served in leadership positions at The Nielsen Company, where she managed strategic partnerships and established operational hubs across Asia Pacific, Greater China, and the Middle East and Africa regions.
