BMC Medical has reinforced its commitment to promoting sleep health on World Sleep Day, highlighting the critical role of quality sleep in overall well-being. The company’s latest initiative, “Life’s Big Events, Sleep Well,” aims to raise global awareness about the importance of sleep and its impact on both personal and professional success.
In line with this mission, BMC Medical took part in the 3S Congress in France on 15 March, a key event for experts in sleep science and respiratory care. The company hosted a dedicated workshop, focusing on advancing sleep therapy solutions and showcasing its latest innovations in sleep management.
Industry experts lead discussions on sleep therapy
The workshop featured insights from leading professionals, including Dr Julien Favier and Mr Ludovic Abuaf, who discussed emerging trends in sleep science and the role of technology in improving sleep health. The session focused on smart CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) technology and digital health solutions, both of which are transforming the way sleep disorders, such as sleep apnoea, are diagnosed and treated.
Among the innovations presented were BMC Medical’s G3 A20 CPAP device and PAP Link Digital Health Solution. These products offer personalised and accessible sleep therapy, enabling patients to monitor and manage their sleep health more effectively. The company emphasised that digital advancements are making treatment more user-friendly and accessible, ultimately improving patient compliance and outcomes.
A commitment to improving global sleep health
BMC Medical, founded in Beijing, China, in 2001, has been at the forefront of developing respiratory and sleep therapy solutions. With a workforce of over 800 people and subsidiaries across multiple cities, including Tianjin, Xi’an, Shenzhen, and Dongguan, the company has expanded its reach significantly over the past two decades.
The firm remains committed to education, clinical research, and digital health solutions to help people prioritise sleep and its vital role in health. Sleep disorders, particularly sleep apnoea, have been linked to serious health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health issues.
As part of its World Sleep Day campaign, BMC Medical continues to advocate for greater public awareness around sleep health. The company believes that by empowering individuals with knowledge and access to advanced sleep solutions, it can contribute to improving public health on a global scale.
With growing research confirming the long-term impact of poor sleep, BMC Medical is urging both health professionals and individuals to “Make Sleep Health a Priority”, aligning with this year’s World Sleep Day theme.
As the world marks World Sleep Day, the company’s message is clear: quality sleep is essential for embracing life’s biggest moments.
